Formation JPIC Session: A Call to Personal Transformation
We are deeply grateful to the JPIC (Justice, Peace, and Integrity of Creation) sessions organized by the International Mission and JPIC (IMJC) team Sr. Denin and Sr. Joseph Mary that held from April 1–2, 2025 at the Postulancy, and Novitiate from April 20–21, 2025.
Through this session, we realized that care for creation, justice for the poor, and peace among people are not abstract goals but our daily responsibilities. The JPIC values challenged us to examine our lifestyles, choices, and attitudes in light of the Gospel and the cry of the Earth.
We Learned the Valuable Lessons:
Live a Simple life and Responsibly: Use resources wisely, reduce waste, and choose sustainable practices.
Be a Voice for the Voiceless: Stand for the marginalized, speak out against injustice, and act with compassion.
Practice Peace and Nonviolence: In words, relationships, and daily interactions.
Grow in Ecological Awareness: Recognize the sacredness of all creation and our role as stewards, not owners.
Bridge Prayer and Action: Let faith inspire practical steps toward a better world.
Commit to Personal Change: Developed a personal action plan aligned with the Laudato Si’ Goals.
The JPIC session gave us the tools and motivation to live a meaningful, Gospel centered life that respects people, planet, and peace. It is a journey from awareness to action, from personal transformation to global impact.
Thank you, dear Sisters, for this opportunity and for guiding us toward living more consciously and compassionately caring for our common home and all its creation.
