International Youth Day 2024 will be observed on August 12th. This year’s theme is “From Clicks to Progress: Youth Digital Pathways for Sustainable Development”. The day aims to highlight the important role of young people in driving sustainable development and addressing global challenges. It provides a platform to celebrate youth contributions and discuss ways to enhance their involvement in shaping a better world for future generations.

The city of Vijayawada has been grappling with severe flooding in recent days, leaving thousands displaced and causing significant damage to houses and infrastructure. JMJ SSS in collaboration with JMJ Sisters, staff, students and local donors has been working tirelessly to provide food, water, and medical supplies to those in need. It has also been involved in rescue operations, assisting in the evacuation of stranded individuals.
